I tried to comment on the post above, but the word verification didnt appear, so here it is!

I saw some of Katherines stuff on youtube not so long ago, looks good!
My first exercise video EVER was Joggy bear :) About a decade later I got myself the New York ballet dvd which was a bit pricey at the time but well worth it! Then I went for the likes of Hip hop dance work out and random celeb ones....then finally ventured into a real studio...4 years on from my first class and Im now a studio Instructor myself!

aaaand there is my life story for you :)

Welcome fellow fitness blogger! Congrats on becoming a studio instructor. I need to renew my personal trainer certification - maybe it will be something to blog about!
